In addition, Mr. Montler has an extensive background in executive level financial management, internal control over financial reporting, and the application of generally accepted accounting principles in the United States. He held a senior level audit position with a regional public accounting firm and has also worked as both controller and Executive VP/Chief Financial Officer for Lee Industries.
