Raymond E. Wooldridge serves as Independent Director of the Company. e has served as a director of Westwood Trust since 2000. Mr. Wooldridge is Chairman of the Board of Reeves Bancshares, Inc., a one-bank holding company whose principal subsidiary is Stockmans Bank, which serves southwestern Oklahoma and the Dallas area. He also serves as director and Investment Committee member of the Catholic Diocese Educational Endowment Trust Fund. Until February 2014, Mr. Wooldridge was a director of CEC, a Dallas-based company that develops, operates and franchises family dining entertainment centers. CEC was an NYSE-listed company until February 2014. From 1994 to 2009, he was a director of Davidson Companies, Inc., a large financial services holding company headquartered in Montana. Mr. Wooldridge also served as a director of Davidson Trust Company, a wealth management and trust firm, from 2001 to 2005. From 1986 to 1999, he was a director of SWS Group, Inc. ("SWS"); from 1996 to 1999, he served as the Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Executive Committee of SWS; from 1993 to 1996, he served as Chief Executive Officer of SWS; and from 1986 to 1993, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of SWS. He is a past Chairman of the National Securities Clearing Corporation, a national clearing agency registered with the SEC, and past Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the National Association of Securities Dealers.
