Mr. Bergman held the position of Executive Vice President from 1985 to 1989 and Vice President of Finance and Administration from 1980 to 1985. Mr. Bergman brings to the Company’s Board of Directors management and leadership experience. Mr. Bergman is a well-known, highly regarded leader in the global health care industry. He has expansive knowledge of the health care industry and macro-economic global conditions, maintains strategic relationships with chief executives and other senior management in the health care industry throughout the world and brings a unique and valuable perspective to the Board of Directors.
