Prior to that, Mr. Folse served as General Counsel to the Louisiana Bankers Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, a Juris Doctor from the Louisiana State University Law Center and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. He has served the industry as a board member of the Louisiana Bankers Association, the American Bankers Association Community Bankers Council, and the Conference of State Bank Supervisors Bankers Advisory Board. He currently serves as a board member of First National Bankers Bank. Community service has included board membership of the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce, the Terrebonne Economic Development Authority, the South Louisiana Economic Council, the United Way for South Louisiana, and the Chabert Medical Center Foundation.
