Joel W. Looney serves as Chairman of the Board, President, Principal Executive Officer of the Company. He will continue to sit on the boards of directors of BTF (since 2001), DNY (since 2007) and FOFI (since 2003). Mr. Looney will also continue to serve as Chairman of the boards of BTF (since 2013), DNY (since 2007) and FOFI (2003) until their dissolution.
