Mr. Sexton was a member of the board of directors of Morgan Stanley from 2005 to 2014 and of Investor AB, a publicly traded Swedish investment company, from 2003 to 2015. He received a B.S.E. cum laude from Princeton and an M.B.A. from Stanford and is a former U.S. naval aviator and Vietnam veteran.
